1. Who we are

QROK ("we", "us") operates qrok.shop, a custom QR code design service. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it. Questions? Email us at hello@qrok.shop.

2. Information we collect

• Order details — your full name, email address, the logo or image you upload, the destination URL for your QR code, and the pack you selected. You provide these through our order form.
• Payment information — payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number; we only see confirmation of payment and the email associated with it.
• Correspondence — emails you send us, including revision requests.
• Technical data — standard server logs held by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

3. How we use your information

• To design and deliver your QR codes and provide customer support.
• To operate dynamic links — redirecting your QR code to the destination URL you set.
• To provide the optional Analytics package (see section 5).
• To send service emails about your order. We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and we never sell your personal data.

4. Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy).
• FormSubmit — delivers your order form details to our inbox.
• Google Fonts — loads the fonts on this site; your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. QR scan analytics

If you purchase the Analytics package, we collect aggregate statistics about scans of your QR codes: scan counts, approximate location (city/country level), device type, and time of scan. This data is collected to produce your reports. We do not build personal profiles of the people who scan your codes.

6. Data retention

We keep order data for as long as needed to provide the service (including maintaining your dynamic links) and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time — note that deleting a dynamic link's data will stop the related QR code from redirecting.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. If you are in the EEA or UK, these rights are provided under the GDPR. To exercise any right, email hello@qrok.shop — we respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

qrok.shop itself does not set tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout pages may use cookies necessary for fraud prevention and payment processing.

9. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page.
