Terms of Service
Effective date: July 21, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of qrok.shop and your purchase of QROK services. By placing an order or using the site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
QROK designs custom QR codes that embed your brand artwork inside a scannable code and delivers them as print-ready digital files (PNG) by email. Current packages:
- Starter — 1 custom QR code, $39.97, delivered within 36 hours.
- Growth — 3 custom QR codes, $99.97, delivered within 24 hours, includes 1 revision round.
- Full Set — 5 custom QR codes, $149.97, delivered within 12 hours, includes 1 revision round.
- Analytics — optional add-on subscription, $9.70/month (see section 8).
Delivery timers start after we have received both your completed order details and payment. Prices are in USD and may change; the price shown at checkout is the one you pay.
3. Orders and payment
To order, you submit the order form (name, email, logo, destination URL) and pay through Stripe, our payment processor. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We may decline an order at our discretion (for example, prohibited content) — in that case you receive a full refund.
4. Your content
You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, any logo, image or brand material you upload, and that your destination URL and its content are lawful. You grant us a license to use the uploaded material solely to produce your QR codes.
5. Delivery and revisions
Every QR code is tested for scannability on iOS and Android before delivery. Growth and Full Set packs include one revision round. If a delivered code does not scan, we will fix or redo it at no cost — that is a defect, not a revision.
6. Refunds
Our work is custom digital production, so refunds work as follows:
- Before design work has started — full refund on request.
- After delivery — if you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@qrok.shop and we will work with you to make it right, including additional fixes or a partial or full refund at our reasonable discretion.
7. Dynamic links and acceptable use
Your QR code points to a redirect link whose destination you can change. We aim to keep redirects operating continuously, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You may not use QR codes for illegal, deceptive or harmful destinations (including phishing or malware). We may disable a redirect that violates this section.
8. Analytics subscription
The Analytics package is a recurring monthly subscription of $9.70 billed via Stripe. It provides aggregate scan statistics (counts, approximate locations, devices, trends). You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-month refunds are given.
9. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the delivered QR code files and may use them for any lawful commercial or personal purpose. Your logo and brand remain yours. We may show delivered work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to at hello@qrok.shop.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the current version with its effective date is always on this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the change.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QROK is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
